ZMA 14493 - Claims Administrator – JHB North

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Administrator to join their dynamic team in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer claims related to Corporate Assets All Risk Property Damage, Mining, and Business Interruption policies.
• Handle reinsurance claims, including treaty and facultative claims.
• Appoint and manage external resources such as loss adjusters, attorneys, and other professionals to assist with claims processing.
• Communicate and provide updates to co-insurers, brokers, reinsurance brokers, and other stakeholders regarding claim progress and outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely claims reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the claims department and broader organizational goals.
