Exciting opportunity available in Pretoria for an experienced Workshop Foreman at a well-established automotive dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Allocate work to technicians, monitoring performance and ensuring high-quality service.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues, providing guidance to team members.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and services to meet customer expectations.
• Manage workshop inventory, ordering necessary parts and supplies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of various vehicle brands.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid South African Driver’s License.
