Works Admin - 3 Months IT Internship

SUMMARY:
Our client in the music industry based in Rosebank is offering a 3 month Internship opportunity for a Temporary Works Administrator.

POSITION INFO:

The role involves researching undocumented works from the CISNET portal or any other platform and notifying them on the company’s portal. In addition, you will be responsible for researching and adding ISRCs of currently registered works.

Job Description

• Researching all international undocumented works from UNDOC files and categorizing them per society/country
• Researching unidentified works on CISNET and other platforms
• Extracting work information from CISNET for the works found on CISNET and recording the information on the SWI template.
• Overseeing the processing of the SWI on the portal, reviewing the processing results and correcting all rejected works and reuploading the SWI again on the company database portal.
• Researching for ISRCs and updating the information on the portal
• Approving works on the company portal
• Any ad hoc responsibilities

The Ideal candidate

• Minimum qualification: a diploma, certificate or Pass in Matric in Research, Mathematics, Information Systems or Business-related discipline or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft applications proficiency particularly excel.
• Strong attention to detail, a passion for numbers problem solving skills.
