POSITION INFO:

We would like to invest in your future by offering a 12-month Work Integrated Learning Internship within the Finance, Design, Business, Support, Sales, Logistics, Personal Assistant, IT, Costing, and Marketing and CEO office.

You must be a student who requires workplace experience as part of obtaining your qualification.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general office duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, co-ordination, research, etc.
• Assist in managing the flow of paperwork.
• Assist and facilitate staff as necessary - whenever and however needed.
• Assist with business related tasks in the departments.
• Commitment to the internship, the company code of conduct, policies and procedures.
• High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability.
• Resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the company without prompting or micromanagement; a “consummate” self-starter.
• Attention to details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
• Ability to prioritize to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
• Take responsibility and accountability in completion of work integrated tasks and logbook as required by your college.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Finance, Business Administration and Office Administration or related field.
• Must have specific required field of study for Design and Finance.
• General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
