POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a Withdrawals Claims Clerk to join our team. As a Withdrawals Claims Clerk, you will be responsible for the administration of withdrawal/retrenchment 'savings' claims, assessing documents, corresponding with members/employers, calculating benefits, completing reports, handling customer queries, and preparing claims for payment. The ideal candidate should have a Matric Certificate, strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
