SUMMARY:
Wine farm in Franschhoek is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic & reliable candidate to be appointed in the above-mentioned position. The individual must be well organised, highly motivated and be fully committed to the vision of the company.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Processing of orders and membership, maintaining/updating of ecommerce platform.
Perform administrative duties such as mailing list data entry and mining of information, follow-up phone calls and other duties assigned.
Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of daily orders
Daily allocations of payments
Planning of the Wine Club and ad hoc private events
Maintain the Wine Club database
Assisting the Direct to Consumer Manager with daily admin
Assist with regular inventory counts / stock management

Requirements:

2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Strong and effective written & verbal communication skills
Possess a positive, friendly attitude & have the ability to work in a team environment & independently
Proficient with e-Commerce/CRM applications, MS Word, Excel
Excellent planning, organisational & admin skills
Valid drivers’ licence and reliable transport
Available to work weekends & evenings as required
