SUMMARY:
Ballito - An agricultural technology company is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory management at their headquarters and various branches across Southern Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Performing weekly/monthly stock takes at head office.
Ensure that branches complete weekly/monthly stock takes.
Ensuring that barcodes for our inventory are updated and accurate; that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
Properly identifying inventory and correcting discrepancies related to their part numbers.
Establish and maintain maximum and minimum inventory levels.
Placing orders with our suppliers.
Track incoming shipments from suppliers.
Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
Pack and unpack inventory items for dispatch.
Ensuring that requested goods, are delivered to the appropriate client and on time.
Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.

Requirements:

5+ Years Warehouse and Logistical Experience.
Knowledge about volumetrics weight calculations.
Experience dealing with transporters and couriers.
Good computer skills especially working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (Sage Evolution).
Valid Driver’s license.
Must have own vehicle.
Stock management, stock control and stock ordering experience.
Has previous experience working with consignment stock.
Self-management and have organizational skills which enables you to maintain your composure and still work effectively under pressured.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit; positive attitude and you love working with people.
Adaptive learner and can work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment.
Pro-active mindset and excellent time management skills.
Strong technical aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent people, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
