SUMMARY:
Our client based in Paarl is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team and oversee their operations, ensuring that every order is packed, picked, and shipped to customers in a timely manner.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of warehouse pickers and forklift drivers, ensuring high standards in performance and productivity.
Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Maintain top-tier safety standards, ensuring that the warehouse environment is secure and hazard-free.
Keep the warehouse organized and clean, promoting an efficient workspace.
Ensure all equipment, inventory management systems, and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

At least 5 years in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.
A proven ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
