Our client, a leading player in the agricultural sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join their growing team in Northern Cape - Kimberley

Requirements:
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Good team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays if needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of stock.
- Providing customer service to representatives or potential clients collecting goods themselves.
- Monitoring stock drawn for distribution.
- Ensuring that received and delivered stock is checked and matches the paperwork.
- Physically shipping stock.
- Quality control of products.
- Warehouse maintenance.
- Inventory management and balancing on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Incident reporting.
- Following up with transport companies regarding deliveries and scheduling of loads.
- Handling general inquiries about stock availability.
- Communicating with depots regarding stock and delivery.
- Organizing and managing stock in the warehouse.
- Stock rotation with each delivery/monthly.
- Minimizing damage as much as possible.
- Ensuring stock consistency with packaging sizes, names, etc.
- Training of new staff.
- Performing general duties as required
