WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – SUPPLY CHAIN/MINING (WITBANK)

SUMMARY:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in the Supply Chain or Mining industries and hold a Diploma in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee warehouse operations, implement efficient processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Diploma in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience: 4–6 years in a similar role, preferably within the Supply Chain or Mining industries.

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving, dispatching, and storage of goods.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety compliance within the warehouse.
• Provide leadership and training to warehouse staff.
