Voice Engineer (VoIPNow, 3CX, Yeastar, Mitel PABX)

SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for a Voice Engineer with VoIPNow, 3CX, Yeastar, Mitel PABX experience as well as Yealink, Snom handset experience. Must have hands-on experience in configuration and maintenance of Session Border Controllers. Asterisk experience is essential.

POSITION INFO:
Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• IT related degree or minimum of 5 years IT experience configuring, installing and troubleshooting network and SIP/VoIP Services and Telephony equipment
• Hands on, in-depth experience in prepping, configuration, installation, troubleshooting of VoIP PBX's and handset equipment.
• Previous Telephony experience in vendors such as Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor will be advantageous.
• Working experience & an understanding the following Technologies: Routing and switching – LAN, WAN, VLANs, Layer 2 and 3, QoS
• VoIP and Session Border Controller solutions
• Have the ability to spec, install, configure and mentor junior resources on Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor will be advantageous.
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• SSCA® 'Elite' - SIP School Certified Associate
