Their young, dynamic team of travel and villa specialists operates from the vibrant heart of Kloof Street, Cape Town, in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment led by an experienced and passionate management team and they are searching for  a motivated, sales-oriented Villa Specialist to join their Villa department. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, resourceful, and possesses strong communication skills. As a Villa Specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling client briefs for luxury short-term rentals, curating a high-quality supplier collection, and ensuring exceptional client experiences during their stay. This position offers significant growth potential, and they are eager to find a candidate who can grow with them and elevate the department to new heights.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:Source and maintain a selection of luxury villas for our inventory.
• Client-Specific Sourcing:Identify and secure properties tailored to specific client requests.
• Client Services:Provide outstanding service and support to clients throughout their stay.
• Client Communication:Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients.
• Marketing Input:Contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing available properties.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Concierge Services:Offer personalised concierge services to enhance client experiences.
• Database Management:Organise and expand our property and client databases.
• Revenue Growth:Develop strategies to increase departmental revenue.
