• Customer Focus: Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Operational Excellence: Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of success.
