Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced valuation techniques, including DCF, EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, PE, and P/NAV methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth financial statement and company analyses.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence investigations with precision.
• Develop detailed discussion papers and transaction proposals.
• Oversee and report on portfolio company performance.
• Foster effective communication with portfolio companies, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to excellence.

• Education: CA(SA) qualification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in corporate finance, with at least 2 years focused on valuation.
• Exceptional analytical skills, a proactive work ethic, and a team-oriented approach.
• Strong communication abilities and unwavering attention to detail.
