SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about financial analysis and valuations? We are looking for a Valuations Analyst to join our team, where you will play a key role in assessing investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform business and asset valuations across various industries.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance and deal structures.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking.
Assist in the preparation of valuation reports, pitch decks, and presentations.
Collaborate with senior management and clients to provide strategic insights.

Requirements:

CA(SA), CFA, or relevant finance qualification preferred.
Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
