Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional financial controllership function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Drive compliance with SOX and US GAAP standards across all reporting entities
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and operational heads
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and internal controls
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals
• Liaise with global finance teams and external Auditors to ensure audit readiness
• Champion continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives

• CA(SA) qualification
• 10–15 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 10 years in the mining industry
• Proven leadership experience in a Head of Financial Control or similar senior finance role
• Strong expertise in SOX and US GAAP compliance
• Demonstrated success in managing regional or multi-country finance teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
