Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Reading diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Installing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment (Extruder Line, Granulators, Injection Moulding machine) according to layout plans using hand and power tools.
- Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machineries.
- Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions.
- Inspect heating system of Extruders & Injection moulding machines.
- Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
- Commissioning/De-commissioning of machines.
Qualifications
- Millwright Trade Test (Red Seal)
Skills
- Minimum work experience of 5 years
- Experience on PLC programming and troubleshooting: 2-3 years (Siemens)
