Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Help in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and structures.
- Assist skilled workers such as Welders, Electricians and Mechanics.
- Carry out basic electrical tasks.
- Routine maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the inspection of machinery and tools for any issues.
- Transport materials, tools and equipment to work sites.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain records of work performed.
- Report progress, issues or delays to Artisan.
- Perform in on-the-job training to learn new skills.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Engineering related qualification or certificate
Skills
- Minimum 3 years working in a technical environment
- Skilled in both mechanical and electrical
