Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.
• Managing consultant’s and contractor appointments and performance.
• Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
• Professional review of Mechanical and Fire Stage Reports.
• Site inspections to make sure that the mechanical and fire installations are according to drawings and Regulations.
• Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.

Qualifications

• BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA (essential)

Skills

• Minimum experience: 5 years
• Experience in the Construction Industry.
• Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultant’s appointments.
• Knowledge of JBCC and NEC
• Experience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus.
