SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Unit Manager for the Emergency Department of a private hospital situated in the northern suburbs of Durban.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Post-Basic Diploma in Emergency or Trauma Nursing essential and registered with SANC.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the Emergency Department, specifically in the private hospital sector.
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with previous management or supervisory roles.
Strong clinical expertise in emergency care, trauma management, and patient assessment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and support a diverse healthcare team.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
