The UX/UI Developer will design and develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for the Comany’s AI-driven platform. This role blends exceptional UX/UI design capability with strong front-end development skills to bring data-rich, behavioural science-powered solutions to life.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI design and front-end development roles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise products.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, working code, and user-centric digital experiences.
- Education: Degree or diploma in UX Design, Computer Science, Front-End Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Bonus Skills: Experience working with APIs, animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion), or data visualisation tools (e.g., D3, Chart.js).
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience using Tailwind CSS for building UI components. Tailwind is developed in JavaScript and runs via Node.js. Proficient in HTML5 and modern styling approaches including SCSS.
- Tooling: Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD), and design-to-dev tools (Storybook, Zeplin, etc).
- UX Principles: Deep understanding of user-centred design, usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive UI best practices.
- Design & Code Integration: Comfortable moving fluidly between mockups and code, owning the delivery end-to-end.
- Performance & Optimisation: Ability to write performant code, optimise rendering, and handle responsive/adaptive design requirements.
