Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise copy for feature releases, app queues, and emails.
- Develop intuitive content to explain new features and drive user engagement.
- Provide content recommendations aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences.
- Optimize content based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain consistency with brand voice and style across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX writing/content strategy within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency with Figma, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
