SUMMARY:
Seeking a Unit Manager to oversee the Theatre Unit and Surgical Ward. The successful candidate will manage clinical practices, resources, and staff to achieve quality care, growth, and team effectiveness.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Nursing (Theatre technique certification essential).
Current SANC registration.
Relevant clinical experience.
Leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of labour legislation and financial principles.
Private healthcare industry experience advantageous.
Proficient in computer applications.
Driver’s license and ability to travel.
