SUMMARY:
Create stunning, engaging web experiences! A well-established business process company is looking for a Front-End Developer to join their team! This hybrid role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled development team, shaping the UI and UX of both existing and new web applications. You’ll lead engaging design sessions, bring front-end elements to life, and instill UI/UX best practices within the development team.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Formal education is not a requirement, but self-study and continuous skill improvement are essential.
A portfolio showcasing past projects (e.g., a personal GitHub page) is highly beneficial.

Requirements:

3+ years of client-side web development experience (UI & UX).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience with Figma and Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of front-end development workflows and best practices.
Eye for detail and ability to translate high-level concepts into user-friendly designs.
Familiarity with WordPress (beneficial).

Key Performance Areas:

Develop engaging and responsive front-end experiences.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
Work closely with the development team to refine UI/UX designs.
Quickly resolve any issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
Lead design discussions and advocate for best practices.
