POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UAV Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a UAV Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of advanced UAV systems.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UAV technology and systems engineering, with proven experience in integrating and managing complex UAV projects.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop UAV systems, including avionics, propulsion, and payload integration.
Manage UAV projects from concept through testing and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UAV subsystems.
Conduct system analysis, simulations, and testing to validate performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and operational phases.
Create and maintain detailed design documentation and reports.
Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes in UAV systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
4+ years of experience in UAV systems engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating UAV systems.
Proficiency in UAV design tools, simulation software, and systems engineering methodologies.
Strong understanding of avionics, propulsion systems, and payload integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
