POSITION INFO:
Treasury Risk Senior Manager

Your Role:

Lead treasury risk and financial risk management projects, focusing on liquidity risk, funding risk, and cash management.
Develop and refine treasury frameworks, governance models, and financial risk processes.
Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance treasury systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team to achieve project excellence.

What You Need:

Financial Services experience across Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, or Treasury Risk Management.
Strong knowledge of balance sheet management, liquidity risk, funds transfer pricing (FTP), and asset-liability management (ALM).
Understanding of macro-economic trends, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience in corporate treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and hedging strategies.
Familiarity with treasury systems implementation and monitoring.
Minimum 7 years’ experience with a BCom Honours (Finance/Commerce), CA(SA), CFA, or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
