Our client is a trusted name in real estate, they take pride in delivering exceptional service, managing financial performance, and making data-driven decisions. They are looking for a Treasury Analyst to play a critical role in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial risk mitigation.

Duties include (not limited to)

Manage cash operations and liquidity forecasting
Develop strategies for debt management, loan structuring, and investment optimization
Work with financial institutions to enhance banking and treasury operations
Identify financial risks and opportunities to drive efficiency

Education:

Completed BCom Degree in a related field

Experience:

5+ years accounting experience required
Property industry experience beneficial
Treasury experience beneficial
