POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Support the smooth execution of debt financing transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial data, reports, and investor memorandums to aid decision-making.
Contribute to the group’s cash and balance sheet management functions.
Assist in designing and implementing debt financing transactions through market research, financial modeling, and feasibility analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor transaction compliance and address operational issues post-implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordination throughout transactions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Engage in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with external parties such as investors and regulators.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential: BCom degree, CA (SA) newly qualified
2 Years Post-Article Experience
Beneficial: Experience in corporate credit or structured finance, CFA Level 3, audit experience in financial institutions, knowledge of securitization structures, and familiarity with financial modeling and credit underwriting.
