Are you a detail-oriented, results-driven finance professional with a passion for treasury and a strong understanding of forex hedging, importing, and exporting? We are looking for a Treasury Accountant to join a dynamic and rapidly growing FMCG client in Johannesburg West. As a Treasury Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the treasury operations and ensuring the company’s financial assets are optimally managed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within an established FMCG company that values innovation and financial discipline.

Duties:

Oversee the treasury management process, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
Manage and execute forex hedging strategies to mitigate risks associated with foreign exchange fluctuations
Monitor and report on the company’s foreign exchange exposure, providing insightful recommendations
Assist in managing import and export transactions, ensuring smooth processing of financials related to cross-border trade
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to treasury operations

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting
SAICA/SAIPA completed articles would be beneficial

Experience:

At least three years of experience in a similar role.
