POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a dynamic person, who is highly motivated and hardworking administrative clerk. A proven track record of working in deadline-oriented situations with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Data Analysis, report writing and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Strong numerical skills
• Computer literate

Duties:

• Monitor and ensure task completion at site
• Scan and capture data for vehicles
• Facilitate monitors, ensure rotation of staff and assist with training new monitors
• Assist with scheduling, coordination and other administrative tasks
• Administered time sheets, duty sheets and procurement of office supplies
• Assisted manager with various tasks, coordinated staff and collected survey data
• Conducted data capturing
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Track and verify trips on system
• Analyze and correct inaccuracies in daily verification reports
• Verify and process daily waybills, capturing and extracting data for reports
