SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Transport Broker focused on long-haul logistics. This role requires strong relationship-building, logistics management, and brokering skills to coordinate transport services through subcontractors and deliver outstanding client service.

Position: Transport Broker (Long-haul)

Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Client & Partner Networks: Identify and secure new long-haul clients and subcontractors.
- Client Needs Assessment: Gather client requirements for precise project alignment.
- Manage Freight Services: Obtain quotes, book freight services through subcontractors, and oversee transport process.
- Coordinate & Monitor: Ensure timely, undamaged deliveries and keep clients informed of any issues.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate updates in the Fleet Management System.
Qualifications:- Education: Grade 12 (required); qualification in Logistics is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years in transport broking/logistics, with hands-on experience managing long-haul projects and subcontractor relationships.
- Languages: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Requirements:- Driver’s License and reliable transport
- Location: Pretoria North Region (or willing to relocate)
- Availability: Mon-Fri, 07:00 – 17:00, with after-hours/weekend availability
