SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join a dynamic team for a 6-month contract to oversee the seamless lifecycle of syndicated products.

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join a dynamic team for a 6-month contract to oversee the seamless lifecycle of syndicated products.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including facility origination, amendments, and refinancing.
Review and manage legal agreements, ensuring systems are optimised for minimal manual intervention.
Maintain transaction structures, compliance, and lender relations on systems like ACBS and Debt Domain.
Facilitate account management, covenant tracking, and fee recovery while delivering superior client service.
Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve deal-specific queries and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

A degree in Commerce, Business Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in transaction management, agency, or middle-office roles, OR within finance, internal audit, or credit management.
Completion of articles with a bank or auditing firm is advantageous.
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
