SUMMARY:
Are you a visionary Training Manager with a passion for shaping the future workforce? A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Strategic Training Manager to drive innovative training initiatives, including a transformative Academy program. This role is key in aligning skills development with long-term business objectives, ensuring a highly skilled and future-ready workforce.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

? Skills Development Strategy â Conduct skills gap analyses and develop training strategies aligned with business priorities.
? Program Design & Implementation â Create and roll out tailored training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts.
? Stakeholder Engagement â Partner with leadership and HR to integrate training into broader talent management initiatives.
? Leadership & Mentorship â Lead a team of training professionals, ensuring measurable impact.
? Performance & Outcomes â Track and report on training effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

â Education â Bachelorâs degree in HR, Organisational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Leadership Development, Learning Design, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are a plus.
â Experience â 8+ years in strategic training management within manufacturing/industrial sectors (MERSETA knowledge preferred).
â Technical Expertise â Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, LMS, and performance tracking tools.
