A leading tech company seeks an experienced General Manager to drive growth, innovation, and strategic expansion in electronic solutions.

POSITION INFO:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and transformation of the business unit. Your role will focus on strategic growth, business development, and operational excellence, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the industry. You will oversee key business functions, including product and software development, customer engagement, sales, and supplier partnerships, while driving continuous innovation and service excellence.

Education:

BEng degree Electronics / Electrical.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years of senior management experience with a proven track record of growing and managing a business unit.
5+ years of experience in Business Development and Marketing.
Industry expertise in electronics, smart technology, or technology-driven solutions is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to drive innovation, optimize operations, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
