Theatre Scrub Nurse (Experienced or Post basic trained)

SUMMARY:
We are looking to hire a skilled Theatre Scrub Nurse to join a private hospital in Pretoria. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours as per operational requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Education:
  • Nursing diploma or degree, and with a valid SANC (South African Nursing Council) registration.
  • Post-basic qualification in Operating Room Nursing will be advantage, but nor required.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a theatre scrub role within a multi-disciplinary hospital.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and theatre protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
