POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that all processes are investigated and considered in obtaining the specs of the user requirements
Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives
Review and present proposed system solution to IT Project Lead or Product Owner
Develop system solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
Prepare system/technical documentation as per ISO Standards
Prepare user and Ops manuals
Provide user training
Conduct system testing/parallel runs
Lead system implementation
Perform system audits/quality assurance
