Test Analyst with Degree and min 5 years' Software Testing and ISTQB / ISEB Certification required for a reputable global company based in Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

• Manual, Functional, Frontend, Backend, Technical Testing including test scripting and execution thereof.
• Scripting for automation (ensuring that scripting is done in a manner that is ready for handover to automation).
• Regression, Security, Reliability, Performance, Path and Condition, API, Maintainability, Negative, Portability Testing.
• Mobile testing, multiple device testing, multiple browser and multiple OS testing.
• Accessibility Testing in terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act and screen reader (ADA).
• Static and Dynamic analysis.
• Test Case/Script creation and analysis (including Technical Test Cases).
• Identification, Extraction/Creation/Modification, Sanitation & Anonymization of Test Data for different test scenarios.
• Defect management, defect capturing on JIRA, and defect workflow adherence related to testing.
• Test Tools include JIRA, Xray, Confluence, Jenkins, Postman, SOAPUI, IntelliJ IDE, BrowserStack and axeMonitor
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
• Java and AWS knowledge.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
• Modelling techniques and methods.
• Understanding of integration between different technologies.
• Coordination between development and support environments.
