POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical liaison between our sales reps and customers.
- Develop and compile technical-commercial responses to RFQs for gensets and balance of plant equipment in power generation solutions.
- Design power solutions, including controllers, switchgear, transformers, and synchronization systems.
- Apply your knowledge of products to develop tailored project specifications.
- Conduct value engineering analysis to enhance project efficiencies.
- Train sales teams and transfer valuable skills.
- Build strong relationships with market suppliers and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Address customer concerns with expert technical knowledge of our products.
- Utilize tools and processes (PZ, Quick Serve, IQAs, SFC, and segment focus) to drive results.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSc, BTech, or National Diploma).
- 5+ years of experience in generator & EPC environments.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing projects within construction settings.
- In-depth knowledge of the power generation industry and its customer base.
