Our client in the music industry is seeking a dynamic and proactive temporary Membership and Communications Assistant Coordinator. 4 Months Temp.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Recruitment: Actively recruit, track, and manage new members.
Press Releases: Write and distribute press releases to various media outlets.
Member Relations: Respond promptly to member queries and ensure excellent client and stakeholder relations.
Profile Management: Create and manage member profiles.
Public Speaking: Be comfortable and capable of speaking and engaging publicly on behalf of the organization.
Social Media Management: Manage the social media team, assist in creating engaging posts, and track their progress.
Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications:

A Diploma in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
Strong communication skills.
Good client and stakeholder relation abilities.
