Temp Receptionist required for an architectural company based in East London
Maternity post - desired candidate will be fulfilling a contract role from 1st March till 4th July 2025
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, meetings, and tasks efficiently
- Experience with petty cash management and tracking expenses
- Attention to detail when ordering and managing stationery supplies
- Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams and contractors
- Basic knowledge of printing and document preparation for contractors
- Strong communication skills for clear and effective interactions
- Time management skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve any administrative issues promptly
