Our client is looking for a highly motivated Telesales Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a target-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• 2 - 3 Years of experience in a sales environment preferably in the hygiene, services, or related industry
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients
• Promote and sell hygiene solutions tailored to customer needs
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
• Accurately update customer information and sales records in the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to drive business growth
