Job & Company Description:

As a Technology Development Manager, you will lead research and development initiatives, working at the forefront of polymer chemistry to create new materials, improve existing formulations, and enhance product performance. You will be responsible for leading R&D projects, developing new formulations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring high product performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future of polymer technology by staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.

Education:

Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or a related field

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in a polymer science laboratory

Experience in technology development, R&D, or product innovation
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for scientific advancements
