POSITION INFO:
What It Takes to Excel in This Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in software development.
• 8+ years of proven experience in software development, with a deep understanding of software design principles and data structures.
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with integration services and secure coding practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of .NET or Java Framework, along with technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira or YouTrack.
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Knowledge of iPaaS is advantageous.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of high-quality digital solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to define project goals and timelines.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize development workflows and enhance team efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance on emerging trends and best practices in software engineering.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance within digital solutions.
• Work closely with Business Solution Owners to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
• Conduct hands-on development when required.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h30 (overtime as needed)
