SUMMARY:
My client, based in Bryanston, is urgently looking for an entry-level Graduate, or a candidate with 1 to 2 years of technical support experience, to join their dynamic organization. The incumbent will be responsible for customer support and the development of support material.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification Required: BEng or BTech
Drivers License and Own Car

Experience:

Working knowledge of electronics
Computer literate
Ability to understand technical aspects of the product range
Ability to use various ticketing platforms
Basic understanding of business operations
Consolidation of relevant information for reporting purposes
Training & facilitation skills
Identify challenges and suggest solutions
Quality management
