SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Technical Specialist in Smart Maintenance to join their team in the Netherlands.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Technical Specialist in Smart Maintenance
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
Proven experience in technology security management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and solutions.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Experience with security monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee security operations for technological systems.
Implement and maintain security protocols and practices.
Conduct risk assessments and manage cybersecurity threats.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security.
Monitor security incidents and provide reporting.
