POSITION INFO:
Qualification

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Certification Project and Operations

• Minimum 5 years' Service Management experience, knowledge of industry standards within refrigeration / facilities management, compliance requirements, best practice, cost management and performance analysis
• Managing a team of Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Artisans and Electricians
• Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Must have good knowledge and experience in Health & Safety, Building Codes, Quality Inspections, Hazard & Risk Assessments
• Understanding of contract negotiation/management techniques, subcontractors’ relationship management, excellent communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of/ability to use: CMMS and/or CAFM systems, business communication systems, business programs for word processing, spreadsheet development, and presentation development, function-specific systems such as project management tools.

• Managing the technical staff, composed of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled technicians and labourers
• Planning and delivering scheduled maintenance works and responding to breakdowns
• Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Manages project resources accordingly within a budget(s)
• Negotiates contracts with new vendors and suppliers
• Implements proactive risk management plans and assists in developing long-term contingency plans
• Provide incident report and technical faults root cause
• Effectively schedule the work of others to complete operations, programs, or activities
• Report any defective materials in a timely manner in order to avoid any disruption in the delivery of services
• Conduct inspections of all areas ensuring upkeep of good hygiene standards
