SUMMARY:
Sales Executive – Technical – CPT Northern Suburbs

Purpose of the Job:
To drive sales of turnkey product solutions in the the Cape Town area.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering, Automation or a related technical field preferred.
Relevant certifications in sales or automation technologies advantageous
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales in the process control or industrial automation sectors
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling products such as Low Voltage Drives & Medium Voltage Drives

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Find and target potential clients in important sectors like supply chain, manufacturing, mining, and healthcare.
Create and implement sales strategies to reach and surpass sales goals.
Close sales and negotiate contracts to increase corporate revenue.
Assist clients in choosing the best control and/or automation solutions by offering them technical support and product expertise.
Create and preserve enduring, solid connections with clients
To find new company prospects, keep an eye on industry advancements, competition activity, and market trends.
Create weekly sales reports and projections for management's consideration.
