Position Overview
Our client, a forward-thinking and solutions-driven company specializing in sustainable bio-solutions, is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead their operations in the Free State and North West provinces. This role requires a driven individual with exceptional leadership skills, technical sales expertise and the ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales operations across the Free State and North West provinces
- Oversee and guide other Sales Managers in the region, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Drive business development and client acquisition efforts
- Manage sales and product development strategies within the region
- Take responsibility for sales to assigned clients, ensuring targets are met
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow market share and establish sustainable business relationships
- Assume full ownership of the region’s performance and development
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on customer service.
- Relationship-driven approach with the ability to partner with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Technical sales experience, preferably within the agricultural sector.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to inspire and guide the team.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A positive attitude and solution-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
