POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leading electrical engineer company that specializes in lighting and surge protection. With a proven track record of excellence and innovation, we are committed to delivering top-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating new leads and expanding the customer base.
• Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably 2-3 years in electrical.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
