What You’ll Do:

ð¹ Source, screen, and place top engineering and petrochemical talent across multiple disciplines.
ð¹ Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted industry expert.
ð¹ Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, headhunting) to find the best talent.
ð¹ Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement and offer negotiation.
ð¹ Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging job market changes.

What We’re Looking For:

âï¸ 5+ years of experience in an agency setting, specializing in engineering or petrochemical recruitment.
âï¸ Strong knowledge of oil & gas, chemical, and industrial engineering roles.
âï¸ A proven track record of successful placements and hitting revenue targets.
âï¸ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
âï¸ Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-driven environment.
